Dividend reinvestment is a fantastic way to grow money. If you train yourself to reinvest the quarterly dividends AND a set amount you can afford it month it really does grow. Think of it as a painless savings account. Not guaranteed but definitely a way to experiment.

I must say there is still so much for me to learn about investing in stocks. I have tried a lot of times to venture into it in the past, but my lack of knowledge and the fear of losing money holds me back.
