Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that the U.S. economy has been in a recession for some time. The DOW has climbed from it low in March of 2009 of 6,600 range to where it is now in the 12,000 range. Is the time still good to invest in stocks while the economy is on very shaking ground?
